Many of the other brands are fine too. For many years Jarrow's was the only one available and affordable.
I get ours now at Costco. But I have also used Puritan's Pride brand-- I even got tested using it...and my levels were 1999!
Costco's says Kirkland (but doesn't say who makes it). They are the same shape and flavor though as Puritan's. They are smaller in diameter, but thicker and softer. I just chew it up and follow with water.
The local stores are now carrying methylcobalamin commonly now. At one time I had to buy online only.
Just make sure you take on an empty stomach...for best absorption.
