Yes. However, I find that my face pain is more related to TMJ. Also, you may be clenching your teeth without realizing it.

Try a standing work station for the computer, or a reclining position for computer work.

Hold your shoulders back and down when pushing a stroller.

I drive with my hands primarily at 6 o'clock or 5 and 7,

Remember, you want to do things that open the thoracic outlet, not close it. Try strengthening your back muscles. Do not strengthen the pec minor or pec major.

Try getting a foam roller to stretch your back on.
