Exclamation Scary Symptoms.

I am a life time anxiety sufferer and I was prescribed Klonopin between the ages of 17 and 29. I have been off klonopin for over a year now (Turning 31 in Nov.). I have also had high blood pressure since the age of 16 and I've had sinus and allergy issues over my entire life. I lost 100 lbs over the past year and I'm back in college for a second degree. I've also been under a lot of stress over the past couple years so I know that some of my symptoms may be from that.

Over the past few months I have been experiencing a feeling of pressure in along the top of my scalp as well as in my mouth. The pressure sensations feel as if my gums are trying to push my teeth out or something. I don't feel that it is sinus related. These symptoms typically occur when I go to bed or sit down after a meal. They clear when I become active.

I haven't had any muscle twitching associated with my head symptoms but I have had some twitching in left bicep. The whole muscle doesn't twitch, it's more the front side of it. The mouth/head symptoms worry me the most. At first I thought it could have been ALS but after having done more research, I am assured that it is not.

What could this be? I know that these forums are not for diagnosis and I have a doctor's appointment scheduled a week from now. I plan on writing these symptoms down for my doctor.
