Triggering the long form CDR would be a MAJOR inconvenience for many of us.

I would not advise anyone call the 800# unnecessarily. I've read that when certain areas of a person's file is accessed, the program, not the employee will send a CDR early. Also, SS lists a person's schedule and their priority on the second line of their CDR form and often on their FF decision.

Whether it's someone's first review or not does not make a difference. It's very clear that certain responses will mean they undergo a long form CDR.
