Well theres some major differences. The therapist will actually teach you workarounds and how to implement them in scenarios where lumosity will not.

I would never ever substitute therapy for lumosity. Never. Lumosity has some games that are repetitive and easy to learn, some are not.

Basically I use it to not lose it. It helps keep those techniques and workarounds fresh.
