I am confused. There are many procedures in place to replace checks that were issued and never endorsed or cashed. You have to state what month and year you think you were cheated out of. Your award letter would have stated the month benefits were due. But SSDI always pays a month behind so perhaps you are mistaken.

If you truly have a non-receipt of a check that was issued, SSA can start an investigation by requesting the US Treasury determine what happened to it. But you need a month and year. Check your bank statements.
