Thanks to both of you. The doctors I asked didn't know anything about gabapentin and nortriptyline – but a pharmacist might have, and I would certainly trust anything Mrs. D said. However, I dropped the Percocet and muscle relaxer anyway because they both made me feel kind of queasy. I'm going to try codeine/acetaminophen.
