Me too! Sometimes I feel like the only one. I can't wear long sleeves either, so the Northern winters are a *****. People look at me like I'm crazy when I walk around in short sleeves when it's 10 degrees out.

I have TOS surgery coming up soon. I told my surgeon if all I ended up being able to do after surgery was wear long sleeves I would be happy

My hand surgeon told me to wear a compression sleeve during walking to decrease the swelling and improve blood flow. It does help if I do that along with a sling made out of thin ribbon.
