Welcome to NeuroTalk.
Your symptoms sound normal for PCS. A CT Scan would just be an unnecessary high dose of X-Ray radiation. You don't have any symptoms that would suggest a need for a CT. Your on and off head aches do not suggest one.
A NeuroPsychological Assessment might be helpful to understand your cognitive/memory symptoms. Long term memory is often left intact when short term memory can be devastated.
