If it were me, I think I'd call up his office, see how much info I could get from his staff on his expertise with TOS. Just googling him I find NO connection with TOS - and why would there be, when they have the other top Drs who do it? Not to say he might not have done a few, but I would guess % wise it's a very tiny amount of his practise. I think you or your lawyer could argue he is obviously not as qualified or experienced. But that is only guesswork on my part.

If you know any nurses who might have worked with him or who would know of him, check with them too. Always a good source. See if you can find out IF he's done any TOS surgeries recently, what his outcomes were. And what kind of IME/QME he's likely to do. Is he in bed with w/c?

I know I'm missing some other avenues, but my brain's not clicking on all cylinders at the mo. Hopfully others will reply.

BESTEST WISHES!
