nothing is currently available. i assume you can't tolerate long lasting agonists cuz that seems to be your only solution if you can't afford to be off during the day, or a DBS. i assume you've tried sinemet-CR, stalevo?
there are tablets that dissolve in your mouth but the l-dopa doesn't get absorbed in your mouth, these are for people that have trouble swallowing tablets.
sometimes a fizzy drink with a little sugar speeds up the stomach emptying a little but 30minutes is about as quick as i've experienced.
