I can't speak to your forehead head aches but I do think you need to find a solution to your sleep disturbances. Do you know if you snore ? Could you have sleep apnea ?
Have you tried changing the fabrics (sheets, pajamas, nightgown, etc) to find a combination with a soothing tactile sensation ?
Have you experimented with different mattresses or mattress toppers ?
Sleep is a big issue for me. I take Neurontin (gabapentin) to help my body relax and not have body jerks. I also sleep in only cotton. I also need a complex carb before bed to give my body the energy to sleep. btw, Sleep requires energy because it is a time where the brain is busy.
Do you move in your sleep because you are not comfortable ?
