GNC MegaMen only has 50 mcgs of B-12. The suggested B-12 dose is 1000 to 2500 mcgs. The D3 is only 1600 IU's. That's a great start but many take 2500 to 5000 IU's daily.
The RDA's (Recommended Daily Allowance) of vitamins are the minimum amounts needed to be healthy. The injured brain needs more of B's and others mentioned.
