Coffee or caffeine, will increase magnesium loss thru the urine.

You can still have it, just increase magnesium intake a bit.

If you drink your coffee with the food increases, see how you feel.
You may be okay with that.

It is best to do one thing at a time, so you can determine what is working or needs changing.
