Well I know I need to go and when I can transport myself again I will find the one that can also prescribe meds  And yes....I'm thinking this will be a process of quite a few years.
I had counseling as a teenager and it did me a lot of good.
I have so much bottled up that I just need to 'pour' out to someone. And I'd rather that someone be qualified to try and sort some of this out for me.
I'm just a mess at this point
