Default how to post my mri so people could explain it

moderate degenerative disc changes, no critical central canal stenosis. there is a small subtle area of abnormal cool signal centered at t8-t9. if there is no specific myelopathic symptoms and no history of demyelinating disease at this point i would consider obtaining at least a short term follow up mir with contrast in 3 months.

findings
decreased t2 signal multiple levels, anterior spondylosis centered at t9-t10 most notably, vertebral height and alignment is grossly maintained. a few small steamroll nodes most notably at t11-t12

ther is no critical central canal stenosis, some disc bulging most notably t9-t10
the level of t8-t9, there is a small subtle focal area of increased t2 signal within the central aspect of the cord measures probably 6 to 7 mm in length at least 3 mm in diameter no evidence for cord expansion
