Well, it is not a medical diagnosis so there is no eligibility because of it. The reasons behind the reduced productivity need to be documented by medical evidence. However, reduced productivity could still represent SGA if the employer is still paying the person who is not performing unless a dollar amount can be placed on the reduced productivity in the form of a non-specific or specific subsidy.
