I pop some lavender oil in the bathtub when I do my daily soak, but I don't do anything more than that.

As they say, your results may vary, and while essential oils might be another good tool in the CRPS toolbox, I don't see any measurable symptom relief using essential oils. I've tried them a few different ways. And yes, they are not inexpensive. I'm having a tough enough time paying for my medications and so have to be very careful about what I spend my money on.

Here's the kicker.....It's very hard to measure and know what is helping when most of us are using a multi-disciplinary approach to the condition. I'm throwing everything but the kitchen sink to treat mine. And there is always the placebo effect, which is not to be ignored.

Not to discount that these oils may have some benefits, but sometimes it's not the product itself responsible for the "perceived" improvement......My 2 cents!
