Disk material is mildly touching spinal cord @ T8/9
Disk material is not contacting spinal cord @ T11/12

On the spinal forum it will also help for best responses to include your pain & any symptoms. what, where etc..

There are sticky threads on the spinal forum too with medical terminology and information.
