If you eat predominately carbs for breakfast, you can feel loggy or tired all morning.

High protein for breakfast (3 or 4 eggs) or meat, is much better.
A small carb portion may be done, but it should be 1/2 the calories or less of your protein intake.

At work, try for mostly protein at lunch too.

At night you can have your carb servings, pasta, etc and you will sleep better.

Too much cereal, or bread at breakfast can really slow a person down!

Sometimes just changing your food portions, will give more energy for some people.
