Thanks, John.

There have been a few studies in the are of fatigue (sleepiness) in MG. I liken it to metal fatigue. When a bridge, for example, has too much metal fatigue, it collapses.

In MG, it seems that when the general weakness becomes to great, our mind says, okay, time to sleep now! The body has mechanisms like that in place for a lot of things. For example, if you don't drink enough water, the body concentrates your urine by kicking in more ADH to retain it.

I thought it was a very well done study, and they were honest about its limitations. I have to wonder what other factors might come into play, such as a lack of sleep, insufficient nutrients, other conditions, etc.

I appreciate you putting this study up here!
