It's cold out and DAMP.

It is 58 at the moment and is only going to get to 66. F


Likely rain
and 100% chance of being overcast ALL DAY and into the night. -- the sun will not come out to warm up anything.

I am trying on layers of light things and not happy with any of them because they look stupid AND because I am still cold when I walk outside.

The only way I convinced myself that it is o.k. to leave my house is that I easily found a nice pair of gloves in my bottom draw.
