Hello Mark,

Through viewing multiple threads on here I see that you seem to be very knowledgeable on the topic of concussions. I visited your post regarding vitamins and it seems like a great thing to do. I think the one thing that could be dragging this out is lack of those vitamins.

Since you seem to have a lot of experience and knowledge on the subject I have a few questions regarding some symptoms that I still am unclear about.

- Whenever I bend down and quickly get back up I have this moment were a feel a pressure in my head and i get pain.. It passes within 2 minutes if i sit down or don't jolt my head around, I also feel a little bit off balance and dizzy if I get up fast enough

- Whenever I laugh or talk a lot in a period of time I find that I get very light headed. (never happened before my injury)

- I am receiving chiropractic treatment for my neck. I think its working my neck has loosened up a lot. In your experience on here would you say that people have benefited chiropractic treatment? Because I have read lots of horror stories about chiropractors and how it can really mess up your spine

- Last but not least is one thats been bothering me from day one. As people have said on here before, running and walking makes them feel like there brain is moving around and it gives them headaches. I know the exact feeling, but when it comes to swimming and a stationary bike I can work at as hard as I want without those headaches and sloshing feeling. Do you think this is a product of my neck or head ? or both?

Thanks,
