[I have had incidents with my spine before due to a few accidents and work.. Could that cause all these symptoms? ]

I just think it is important to make sure the spine is in alignment, especially if there might be something misaligned.. then look for more answers as needed. Unfortunately doctors rarely suggest or consider that option..
