My 2 cents worth
Thanks for sharing. I have long had a sleep disorder. For years Ambien was the answer to ,my prayers. I'd take an Ambien, fall asleep within minutes, and wake up refreshed and rested. Then I started having vivid dreams and doing things I did not remember. I qualified for a C-PAP machine, but now I have to get up too often To go to the bathroom. It's too hard to put the headgear back on. So for the past 7 years I've been using 1-2 mg Xanex, and now it doesn't work.
The neuro just put me on Clonazipam, but like Laura, it made me too sleepy.
Guess I will have to try Klonopin next .
