I think I'm being overly-sensitive, I have call in to my Dr. to see if my hormonal therapy is causing it. (I had a change in my thryroid meds a few weeks ago...)

But I just feel way overly anxious about the stresses at work... everyone deals with stress at work and I used to be able to handle so much more of it!!

I feel like I really need to find a less stressful job, but I'm not even sure if that's realistic thinking...

If I get a new job won't I be just as stressed as I am now? (Is it the PCS causing the sensitivity to stress or is the job I have truly more stressful than other jobs?)

Are there jobs that are better for people with PCS?
Sounds like the stress is actually anxiety. There are ways to coping anxiety. The best way I found was to do more exercise, meditation and even yoga. Yoga gives the biggest release.

I actually considered getting another job as well, but it probably won't pay as well. I try to treat myself right too, taking many breaks using the Pomodoro Technique to manage my time and effort.
