Yes, I would absolutely LOVE to be able to exercise, but I'm unable to. Whenever I try I suffer a lot of symptoms, such as speech degredation, dizziness, fatigue, brain fog among other things and it can take hours to weeks to recover from "overdoing it".

I have hypopituitarism (caused by the concussion) and I believe it causes many of the symptoms I've described above.

I've been told by others with the condition that it's because my body can't process glucose like a healthy person's body can so basically my body and brain just don't have enough fuel.

Also, can't stress at work be a cause of anxiety? (My therapist believes I am working in a hostile work environment which is causing the anxiety...)
