I'll definitely be looking into MCT's. I've never heard of them before. And it looks like they might be able to help me!!

I was reading a little bit more about the hormones I'm taking and not only could an increase in thyroid meds make a person anxious (mine were increased about 2 weeks ago) but a decrease in estrogen can make a woman who is not menopausal or peri-menopausal, like me, feel very anxious (my estradiol is especially low and my HMO just approved a prior auth for additional estrogen replacement therapy that my Dr. prescribed to me almost a month ago and it's taken this long for the paperwork to get processed...) It turns out low estrogen can really mess up a person's serotonin system. :P
