Welcome to NeuroTalk.

At only a week post injury, you are very early in your recovery. The nerves can take quite a while to heal. The myelin sheath around nerves heals slowly. I don't think there is any sort of medical intervention that can be done to speed up the process. Based on how long it takes to regain muscle use after a Botox injection, I suspect it may take 3 to 12 months for those nerves to heal. As I said, nerves heal slowly.
