It only takes a few days to do the blood test so get your urine sample in as soon as possible. Mine was slower because I did it every 2 weeks instead of every week. I sent my tests by FedEx so turn around was quick.

I mix my powders in a 4 oz ointment jar, add water, and shake it well. Then I gulp it down quickly. It doesn't taste bad and this is more convenient than a blender. I do put my morning dose in a blender with vanilla almond milk and other nutrients.

My unmedicated symptoms are walking difficulties, anxiety, and orthostatic hypotension. I used to have tremors and dystonia but those have gone away. On my powders I don't have any of those symptoms. Constipation is still a problem, though. Good luck and let us know how you do.
