I took a 3mg pill at 9:30 last night and think I fell asleep shortly after midnight despite feeling dead on my feet. But. I slept solidly through until 6:30am!!!

At this point I'm not sure if it was because I exhausted myself getting ready for the holiday, the melatonin or a combo, but I will take it! Haven't had a long stretch of sleep since the first week after my injury. So glad you got some rest as well Thorx! Definitely something to be thankful for today!
