Wow, I've never heard of a numb toes symptom without it affecting other extremities. It is not uncommon for numb fingers to be isolated to thumb side or pinky side but that is related to the nerve paths from the spine to the elbow.
What cognitive struggles are you having ? Has anybody helped you with work-arounds and such to help you get through the day ? Many of us have ongoing cognitive struggles and need to use work-arounds to do everyday tasks.
Has anybody suggested trying the Epley maneuver to see if it will help with your dizziness ? Or, have you been evaluated for vestibular therapy ? Many have struggles with dizziness. I do if I move too fast so I don't get out of a chair quickly.
