I found this forum, and I guess it would be a good place to ask this and see if anyone else has had any issues like this. Hopefully I can cut this down as much as possible and make it make sense.

Im a 23 year old male, and I guess I have to go back to Feburary 2010. I was working outside doing doing yardwork, all of a sudden my right ring finger started burning, like I had gotten it too cold. I came in and ran it under hot water and it didn't go away for settle down for probably an hour or so. That night I was in my room and the back of my neck all of a sudden went numb. By the next morning I was getting a pins and needles feeling up my spine and up to the top of my head, pins and needles feelings all over. I went to the medclinic, they didnt really do a whole lot except refer me to a doctor and a neurologist. They did order an MRI of the upper back/neck/brain. Did those and I went to the neurologist and absolutely nothing was found abnormal. In the meantime I was getting all kinds of crazy symptoms. I couldnt sit up straight for a week or more without feeling nautious, even dizzy, I'd get numb (parathesia) in random areas where I wouldnt be able to feel touch, but could feel some pain/temperature, I'd get random heavy feelings. All of this happening..multiple times a day, for a long time. Probably far more symptoms but honestly..its been 4 years and I have a hard time remembering all of them at this point.

In this span from Febuary 2010 to December 2012 I had a massive amount of medical testing. Two sets of MRIs check/back X-rays, multiple heart tests, had an (I believe its EEG) to test for seizures, multiple blood tests, the basic lyme disease test, and basically the result all of this was almost nothing turned up. One one hand its good to hear they cant find anything, but I still felt horrible most days. The most common symptom that stuck around was a numb-ish feeling under the throat, but I'd still get "attacks" of these symptoms, sometimes spaced out over a day sometimes all at once. I went to the hospital one time in 2011, they ran a blood test and gave me an anxiety med, which..did calm my anxiety but did almost nothing for the symptoms. I did go to a chiropractor and overall it did help..or atleast changed. I'd also get the cobweb feelings or bug crawling feelings, I still get a lot of vertigo type feeling. One big thing thats happened since this started, is that I have developed what I could call severe anxiety, somewhat being a hypochondriac since this started. I do notice now I had some anxiety before this ,but nothing anywhere near this level. So I still wind up feeling a lot, getting a ton of symptoms, like my nervous system is constantly oversensitive and so far I've gotten no solutions..has anyone else had anything similar?
