Yea, I do not believe it is that..as my symptoms have been there 4 years. I have a lot of friends with anxiety as well and know it can be an awful thing, especially for people who suffer health anxiety. I have friends who, anxiety alone causes similar symptoms in. The anxiety can happen at any time, not just with the symptoms, infact the anxiety has become a pretty common thing. I really have to think that it is pinched nerve related, because sometimes it is positional, or sometimes movements can bring it on. I was at a chiropractor one time, and I was having a really bad attack, and within a couple minutes of an adjustment, it calmed down. Occasionally right after the attacks occur I will get a tight or tingly feeling between the shoulder blades. I would also not be surprised by if there was something like fibromyalgia in play. There are some days where I can almost totally put it behind me. I actually race cars, and somehow on most of those days I can get away without most of these symptoms.
