Hi John, when my pain was at it's worst, I began a relationship with generic Ambien. It got me about 5hrs. sleep per night. If you are squirming until 4;00 in the am, no wonder you are fatigued. Hope it's not something you have already tried and failed. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.
