I have CRPS in right arm. By taking 450 mg of Lyrica, 450 mg of Trileptal (an anticonvulsant), 150 mg of Pristiq, natural anti-inflamatories like tumeric, plus massage and therapy to help adjust to my painful world, I'm still able to work (which provides the insurance to pay for the meds).

There are downsides to all treatment options. I've settled on these b/c the benefits outweigh the costs. Now if only I could donate all the prescriptions that I filled once and then had to discontinue
