I see a chiropractor every month, just for regular maintenance. And yes, the subject has come up for me having to take a medical retirement. I'll look at the vitamin sticky. I'm taking it slow as you mentioned. It helps that its winter so I'm not itching to get outside. If it was nice out it would be worse, because my favorite hobby taking my car out to the track and running with other fellow car enthusiasts. It would be very sad if I couldn't do any more track events. For now I'll just take it slow and see what develops.
