Years ago a naturopath suggested some type of water therapy too interestingly enough. That was a little different in that I had to put my feet or my hands in hot water and cold water on my neck and forehead. I'd forgotten all about that.

Next time I get the aura that comes before the scotoma, I'll try your cold water therapy to see if I can nip it in the bud. It's summer here in the sub tropics so lots of low pressure systems ahead.
