Default no relief of chronic pain

Hello Up jo,

Did we ever think that pain could be a part of our lives.

I had chronic nerve pain, and osteo pain. Had surgery, lumbar laminectomy and fusion. The surgery pain was the piece of cake for me. Good pain meds. Never had morphine before but it was great.

It's the pain now that is unbearable. I know that moving is better than sitting or laying around and giving in but I don't know about you but enough is enough isn't it!

I have tried my old pain meds from before surgery and it doesn't seem to be helping so my thought it's muscular. Someone said to try yoga.

Maybe that might help you! I see that in the mornings on tv there is a man on tv that does yoga. I walk my road up and back twice a day now. It's been a month out since my last surgery. They had to go in twice in one week. I had to have fluid drained after it caused excruciating pain in my legs.

Well I will put you in prayer and ask God for relief of your pain. Maybe some one here can give us some suggestions. We are here for you and don't hesitate to come back.

God Bless You and here is a group hug
