Hi, if Dr. Donahue is your doctor, you are in the best hands!!! He has also given you a reasonable time frame for recovery. Also, just one side is fantastic, your non-surgical side can compensate for what the surgical side can't do. I was restricted in weight lifting and putting my hands overhead for six weeks.
Dr. Donahue was not my surgeon for the pec minor release, but he is my surgeon now!!! Literally a life savior.
I didn't do physical therapy after the pec minor release. I would suggest doing wall pushups, abs, especially lower abs, and walking for cardio beforehand.
