Thank you I will try these exercises. I have an appt. today with a physiatrist and will ask about disc problems although I had x-rays of my cervical and thorasic spine which he said were fine. I don't know if x-rays or an MRI would show this but I would hope if he suspected a disc problem he would have already ordered an MRI? I think some of my symptoms may be exacerbated by my anxiety but I am not sure.
