Do take good care of yourself and make sure you get enough rest. A former work colleague of mine developed a post viral syndrome from glandular fever, rather like chronic fatigue, which took her a long time to recover from. I also previously worked in vocational rehabilitation.
If you require an ergonomic set up, the Employee Assistance Fund runs out of WA, and provide free workplace modifications/equipment to those with permanent non compensible disabilities details at
www.jobaccess.gov.au. You may already be aware of this resource if you work in the field. Which health background are you trained in?
