I would call and schedule with whatever TOS specialist you are seriously considering. Then go in the order of the appointments - if you don't like what the first surgeon tells you, then go to the next appointment. Regardless, you need to be seen by a TOS specialist soon.

Also, I think you should also consider Dr. Donahue and Dr. Pearl. Dr. Donahue is in Boston. Dr. Pearl is in Texas.
