it amazes me that there are so many insensitive docs & therapists out there! i'm fortunate that i have a good pain doc and a good therapist - my problem is the opposite. i'm treated like i'm fragile because that machine broke while i was using it at therapy. now my therapist is extra cautious and my pain doc is very protective. my surgeon, on the other hand, didn't really have a heart for me, but thankfully i only need to see her one more time.
