I did some research into NCR.
First, the very little that is published about it is from those who make money doing it. An MD has critiqued it and listed some serious complications from the Nasal Restructuring.
Second, It appears to be a procedure that is based on Cranial Sacral Therapy, Bilateral Nasal Specific Therapy and some other 'alternative' modalities.
It has an intend of repositioning the sphenoid bone, a bone that is a small part of the eye orbits and extends to the sides of the skull behind the eye orbits. It has Greater Wings that make up parts of the skull in front of the temporal bone. The therapy tries to move this bone to cause the other bones/plates of the skull to reposition properly.
There is serious concern that the cranial bones are fixed since mid to late childhood and this procedure only ends up traumatizing these bones.

How can it traumatize bones if they are fixed ,do you mean weaken the fascia / connective ?
