well if you don't think taking a course of phosphatidylserine and acetyl l-carnitine is overkill i think i will give them a try
cognitively i am much improved from where i was even a few weeks ago (original accident was mid Sept) but i still have some way to go and I do have some work deadlines which i can't get out of looming so was looking to give myself a bit of an extra boost.
re my diet I try to eat organic as much as possible and i do eat meat a fair bit including red and indeed liver (which is massively nutrient packed as you may know) once or twice a week - i'm basically paleo so no wheat, potatoes or rice or products made from them and generally low carbs apart from those in the veg i eat, quinoa flakes for breakfast and sometimes tarot and sweet potatoes.
I swear by decaf green and Rooibos tea too
