I always wonder why people will take the expensive specialized supplements without trying the basic vitamins and supplements first. The B vitamins help the acetylcholine system function in a natural way. Why bypass the brain's system if it can be avoided ?
B-12 levels are considered normal at 3-400 to 960 pgms/mL. Many find they need to be at the high end of the range. I shoot at maintaining 1000 pgms/mL
