I'm sorry you've injured yourself so badly. I would have to wonder if those sensations are part of the headache you've been experiencing.
Migraine headaches have a sensory component and as far as I am aware, migraines can be triggered by a head injury.
What did the doctor suggest for your headaches?
btw there is something called occipital neuralgia but the pain as far as I know is usually at the back of the head or around eyes. I don't know much about ON.
