25yrs ago I was started on 20mg 4x per day for C7 spinal cord injury.
MS 2006 increased spasms, I take 20mg 7x per day now & still get them bad.
Yes i'll get worse then ever spasms if I miss a dose now that my bod adjusted to it & won't sleep well.
Circulation or lack-of has something to do with spasms says me. Oxygen reduced mine a tad using oxygen concentrator at night. I'd love for someone with oxygen to try it and report results.
