He said to just take it. i don't think it will do the trick because sometimes i take a whole one besides the two i take and i still have a lot of anxiety.
the dentures have to take getting used to again. the dentist told me to go out and get something hard to eat. down the block was a wonderful bagel place. i had two.he wants to see me for a cleaning in two months and then every three months. He said i have a lot of bone loss. I think it will cost 110 dollars. at first i was afraid to ask because the deep cleaning was 288. I had more to drink and i guess i have enough left for two glasses. i will try not to buy another bottle. it really makes me feel better but i know from my father what a horrible habit it is..but i am afraid i will get another bottle.
